The cost of hiring a Magic Mirror depends on the package you select and the specific requirements of your event. Our packages include a variety of features and options to suit different needs and budgets. For a detailed quote, please contact us directly.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €200 is required. This deposit ensures that your date is reserved. The remaining balance is split into two payments: 50% due one month before the event and the final 50% due three days before the event.
We are based in Sotogrande and we cover the Costa del Sol and some areas of Cadiz, covering all areas including Malaga, Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Mijas, Nerja, Manilva, Sotogrande and more.
Our team will arrive at your venue 2 hours before the start of your event to set up. This ensures everything is ready and tested before your guests arrive. We will coordinate with you in advance to determine the best arrival time based on your event schedule.
Yes, we require a few things for the setup:
- Space: The booth needs a 3m x 3m area with a minimum roof height of 2.5m. If using flower walls or custom backdrops, slightly more space may be required.
- Power: A standard electrical outlet within 20 metres of the setup location.
- Access: Wheelchair access for the equipment and close parking to the venue.
- WiFi: While not mandatory, WiFi access can enhance some of the interactive features of the booth, such as instant social media sharing.
Once the Magic Mirror, Dance Platform or Photobooth is set up, it cannot be moved due to the delicate nature of the equipment. Please ensure the designated setup location is final and suitable for the entire duration of your event.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for peak wedding seasons and popular event dates. We typically book weddings and large events a year in advance, but we also accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While the €200 deposit is non-refundable, we will work with you to find an alternative date if you need to reschedule. Changes are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply for rescheduled dates. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
