The remaining balance for your booking is due 14 days before your event. This ensures everything is prepared and confirmed for your special day. We will send you a reminder and the necessary payment details well in advance to make the process smooth and stress-free.

Yes, there are a few additional charges to be aware of to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for your event:

  1. Idle Time: If you require early setup or extended idle time where the equipment is set up but not in use, we charge €50 per hour. This ensures that everything is perfectly in place and ready for your event, even if setup needs to occur well before the start time.

  2. Travel Fees: For events located outside our primary service area on the Costa del Sol, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for specific details based on your event location.

  3. USB Drive for Photos: If you would like to receive a USB drive with all the photos from your event on the same evening, there is an additional charge of €50.

Making a booking with Black Magic Mirrors is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to secure your magical event experience:

  4. Fill Out the Booking Form: Complete the booking form with all the necessary details about your event, including the date, venue, and selected services.

  5. Submit Your Booking Request: Once you’ve filled out the form, submit your booking request. We will review it and get back to you with a confirmation email.

  6. Pay the Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €200 is required. Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email.

  7. Confirm Your Booking: After receiving your deposit, we will send you a final confirmation email, officially securing your event date and services.

  8. Prepare for Your Event: We will coordinate with you leading up to your event to ensure everything is set for a magical experience.

We proudly serve the entire Costa del Sol, including Malaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Estepona, Torremolinos, Mijas, and Sotogrande and San Rogue in Cadiz and surrounding areas. If your event is outside these locations, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and bring our magical services to your special occasion.

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of €200. This deposit confirms your date and ensures that our services are reserved exclusively for your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your choice before booking, as the deposit is non-refundable.

At Black Magic Mirrors, we strive to deliver your images or videos promptly. Typically, you will receive a Dropbox link with all your photos or videos within 3-4 days after your event. If you need them sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to expedite the delivery. For physical copies or a USB drive, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.
